Reports describe widespread destruction with entire neighborhoods leveled, hospitals looted and mass killings of civilians. Thousands have fled to nearby towns, walking for days through dangerous terrain. World Relief has worked in the Darfur region since 2003 and, in response to recent atrocities in North Darfur, is quickly mobilizing to deliver life-saving assistance.
